Lucas was born and raised in Abilene, TX before receiving his B.S. in Urban and Regional Planning in 2018 from Cornell University. A year later, he graduated with a Master's in Regional Planning (M.R.P) also from Cornell. While studying at Cornell, Lucas worked as an intern and later project coordinator for the non-profit Friends of Stewart Park in Ithaca, NY. Lucas is well educated in many areas of planning with experience in community engagement, development, graphic communication, and grant writing. Starting his career with us, Lucas is excited to join our team as we expand and improve our planning servies
