South End Neighborhood Strategic Plan
The City of Cortland has recently completed a Strategic Plan for the South End of the City to guide future development and stimulate revitalization. This Plan is intended to provide guidance for government, existing and future landowners, and users of land within the area. The draft plan is now available for public review and comment.
