TASK:  The Steering Committee was tasked with identifying the positive attributes that have shaped Mt. Morris in the past or that could be taken advantage of in the future to mold the Town in a positive manner (strengths).  The Committee was also asked to identify negative attributes that detract from or impede the Town from developing in a positive manner.
