Town of Waterloo
| The Town of Waterloo is located in central Seneca County, midway between the northern ends of Cayuga and Seneca Lakes. The Cayuga-Seneca Canal borders it on the south. A portion of the Village of Waterloo is located in the Town. The Town, outside the Village, is primarily rural but has some more densely populated and developed areas concentrated along Routes 5 and 20 and NYS Route 96. |  |
