Town of Harford
| The Town of Harford is located in the extreme southwest corner of Cortland County. Harford's terrain consists of wooded hills and fertile valleys with several creeks. It is primarily a farm community, with 41% of the land devoted to agriculture. A significant percentage of Town land (33.7%) is State owned land.
