City of Cortland Comprehensive Plan - February 2011

The City of Cortland recently completed its 2011 draft Comprehensive Plan. The contents of the plan can be downloaded here. Copies of the document are also available for viewing at the City Clerk's Office, 25 Court Street, Cortland, and the Cortland Free Library, 32 Church Street. The City of Cortland Planning Commission will be holding a public hearing regarding the plan on Monday, March 28, 2011 in the Common Council Chambers. Interested persons are encouraged to attend. The Council Chambers are located on the second floor of City Hall, 25 Court Street. The Chambers are handicapped accessible for those needing such assistance. If anyone has questions regarding the public hearing, they are encouraged to call Thoma Development Consultants at 753-1433.
